Residential Consultation

Fitness objectives and overall space requirements are assessed through an informed consultation process. During our first meeting we will gather information about user goals, injury history and exercise habits.

In order to create a custom gym layout, specific room dimensions are logged, an overall project budget is discussed and your ideas for how to build a home gym are taken into consideration.

Commercial Consultation

Our goal is to understand your vision for the space and how it will fit into your larger service offering. Our consultation process may include a round table discussion with your facility's staff or condominium board. We will discuss the demographics of your target market and review the architectural drawings of your location.

Following this meeting, we will provide a custom floor plan, recommendations for types of gym equipment, equipment images and pricing for your ideal gym plan.

Gym Layout Customization

Gymscape’s designs integrate brand name with custom exercise equipment and materials to create a gym layout that will match your physical and aesthetic requirements.

When recommending a solution we take into consideration every element, from squat rack and mirror dimensions, to the density of gym flooring. Every detail is essential whether we’re creating a basement gym or a commercial facility.

Our strong relationships with respected equipment manufacturers and product suppliers allows us to provide you with competitive pricing.

Communication

We work in collaboration with your architect, designer and engineer throughout the entire build process. Considerations such as AV and electrical locations, power supply and anchoring requirements are discussed with your team.

We communicate the logistics of your design implementation as well as the delivery and installation of your gym workout machines.

Delivery and Installation

When your gym plan is completed and all materials are ready, Gymscape will organize the installation and delivery of materials and equipment. From start to finish, we are on-site to ensure a seamless and stress free operation.
